I accidentally overtightened the tail boom clamp on my L600 and the bottom two bolt heads broke through the plastic in flight. Luckily I had enough time to land safely but the tail boom was rotating pretty freely side to side. I think I may have overstressed these bolts before which led to the plastic breaking.

Anyone else had this happen? Now comes the fun of swapping frames out

That sucks, yea once the bolt is in the nyloc you only really need them snug than a tiny turn to ensure you are safe.

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...
