| This is not an upgrade but a new tested option to those who prefer a TT feel imho. This was developed by the Mikado pilots in Germany who wanted a different option, somewhat like the 3DMP option basically. The stock supplied tensioner works perfectly fine, some have added bearings to the middle to widen the coverage width to ensure no belt coming off, however if tail case is square and tightened square there is no issue, what this peice does is two things, it keeps the belt seated into grooves abit better and allows the belt to run abit looser and the tail case to be abit off is all. You do not need to purchase anything extra to the new kits, they come with the metal motor plate and mod.7 gearing as well as the hardened main shaft. Pure stock the 6003D flies and maintains like a dream. This component you point out though is a good option, I like the feel of it and it does add imho abit of mind assurance on the betl position.
