Anyone used the new carb yet? I have been reading about the needle settings. I have been using the new carb and my settings seem a lot leaner. Flush with the idle about 2 full turns on the high but it needs to be leaner as the motor is not making power yet. It is also not warm.

Well,

By the photos posted it seems I got a TT53 with the new carb, haven't had any sticky rotor problems but I'm using push-pull on the throttle arm.

But I had to open the "hidden" middle needle about 1/4 to have a decent idle (was at 1+1/4) and avoid a lean spot at middle (hover at 2100RPM 8.7 ratio) I flied it today and it seems I need to open the middle just a tiny bit to be able to lean the high a bit more (by now is barely warm) and avoid the lean spot.

Nice power on a Vibe 50 wonder how a T600 will do on this motor being 300-400gr lighter.

BTW, Hatori 523 pipe. %20 CP, low needle open 1/2 from flush and high needle at 1+3/4.
