Can someone tell me if a Futaba S3152 would be good to use for
the throttle servo for just basic flying and no 3D? Thanks,Michael

I have three gassers and I had a whole box of the old futaba S148 servos from the old plank flying days. Figured I had enough of them to last along time on the helis for throttle servos. Just one problem though, in three years I haven't had one fail yet, so I still have a box full of them.

You should have no problems with that servo on the throttle,just make sure it is not mounted too tightly.Vibration is a big killer on gassers if your electronics are too solidly mounted.
