Okay, real quick. I feel like a newbie here. Fixing a customers helicopter at the shop and I replaced the main shaft, spindle and flybar so I took the head apart. After putting everything back together, when I give full pitch, it's negative, and when I give full negative, its positive 10+ degrees.

Wouldn't flipping the blade grips fix this? I cant for the life of me think right now

that sounds like a swash mix problem. shouldnt have changed if all you did was replace parts. which way does the swash plate move when you do this?

ten grand in helis and all i can do is hover

The swash is all the way up at full negative or dead stick. At full pitch, the swash is near the collar or at the bottom of the mainshaft like it's suppose to be.

Flipping the blade grips hasn't changed anything from what I see. I've changed them back and forth about 4 times lol. Any other ideas?

go into your swash mix, whatever the pitch mix is, reverse it. if its +85, make it -85. problem solved.
