| Sending you a PM to a link to the 1.7 manual addendum explaining whats wrong. Basically you need to update to 1.7.
The problem is caused by a safety feature in 1.6 firmware thinking your pack is too far out of balance, when in fact it's probably fine.
When you turn the charger on it will say something like
"Hyperion EOS0610i DUO 1.*"
What number is the "1.*" ?
