| okay this is what has happend to me my first hyperion duo the port 1 went bad with voltage output problem that is known so sent it back to vendor and they sent me another one now the new one on port 1 throughout the charge on all my batts and connectors and stuff and have tried them all and they all work fine on port 2 but throughout the charge on port 1 all of a sudden i get a charger connect error as if someone unplugged the battery now this has been going on since i got the new charger from the vendor on wednesday of this week, could there be a bad connection on the balancer side or what?
now don't get me wrong love the charger when its working but kinda useless to have a charger like this if i can't use both ports,
also yes i do plug the batts in the correct way every time and the new charger has already been flashed to the current firmware by manufacter i assume.
