Hobbico 180. It is 29 or 39 from Readyheli And either you can use existing packs to run it or get their 12 volt cell with charger for 25. I have both and it works great!

I am using a Flightleader starter. With a 4 cell pack, it starts my 90s pretty easily.

It is only 25 bucks, its small and it works great

I have the cheapest starter off the shelf , a whopping 12.00 starter with 2 2000mah packs wired together I think they were 10 or 12.00 a piece and a homemade braket to hold the batteries to the starter and I start my 90's and 600 all day long with it ,so for less than 40.00 you can put a faithful starter together

Learn to 3D or die trying !!!!

I use the hobbico 180 and 2 cheap nimhs and its more than enough for my ys 90, even powers thru hydro locks.

Fly it like you stole it, then sneak it in the house the same way..

The starter is the cheap part, you can get a Hobbico 90 or 180 to start it. The battery is the expensive part, put you and 2000 - 3000 mAh 18V battery pack on it and it will crank just about anything that has a piston in it. My 90 spins the crap out of 200 four strokes using a 18V Milwawkee Drill battery. I bought one of those 1.3 Ah, 12V battery packs TH sells for them and if was basically a waste of money. I finally took battery out of it and used that case and filled it with the 2.8 Ah batteries from and extra 18V Milwawkee battery and it works great. Just had to leave out one battery to get them in so it's a 16.8V pack instead of 18V.
