| I believe it is a GMP Cobra. To be honest, it was fine in its day but it isn't worth fixing up at all. If somebody is a collector they may offer you something. From a flying point of view it isn't worth your time or effort.
The Cobra was a 50 size machine while its bigger brother, the competitor sported a zero-coning angle head and "60" size mechanics. The tail was wire driven and both used the same tail box.
For $300 you can get yourself a Sceadu Evo 50 and have a modern, reliable high performance machine. You would be disappointed in the Cobra's performance compared with today's machines and parts support must be nearly non-existent at this time.
