I've been trying to learn "multiple input" stunts like piro flips, rolling circles, etc. I'v read all the threads I can find but a question still pops into mind. Do you hold constant on inputs, or pause briefly at points to let the heli "catch up". Im not sure if I'm explaining this right. For example, on a rolling circle, do you hold say left cyclic, and "blip" the elevator to get it to turn? Or do you "blip" the rudder, as I've seen posted, or hold the rudder constant? Does this also apply to piro loops/circles etc? I'm having a little success on the sim but progress seems to be going slow compared to other things I've conquered, so I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Any hints?
Thanks!

Panos, Thanks for the reply - yes it does help, but I was talking in generalities. (Sorry, I don't explain myself well sometimes!) I agree that 99% of the time you wouldn't hold "constant" on any control, but again, in the case of a rolling circle, would the rudder (or elevator, whatever creates the "turning" motion) be held generaly in one direction, or would it be "blipped" to one side, then neutralised, then "blipped" again to the same or to the other side as required? From your answer, and from watching other pilots I was assuming that it was "held" on one side, or at least smoothly moved from one position to another without stopping at neutral. Is this correct, given that the "held" portion will vary due to the conditions you described. I've tried it both ways on the sim, with not much luck at either! All help is welcome!
Thanks again,
Jojo
