Hi guys

I sends every day one email to rchover.com but they never answers my questions. Why ?

They only answered my questions when I did my first order to purchase my 10C and Now they dont want to answer. Where is the problem ?
Do you have the same problem ? They are on holidays ?

I thinks they dont have FAX number, only Phone or email
I would like you send to him an email asking why they dont answer to me about the order Nº143113

I don't know what email you tried since you didn't post it. Try them at there email ordersupport@rchover.com or just call them. A 5 minute call may solve you're problem, sure sound better the shooting a email every day, you probably made there spam file.

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.

Ya, sent the an email last week using ordersupport@rchover.com address...nothing. Wanted to see if they where going to get any JR 287 servos or could order a set. I still like ordering online from them if they have something instock. They ship same day everytime, place order on a Mon got it in hand Wen...sweet! Best just to call and be done with it.

The problem is about my 10C Warranty and why they answered my first email when I ordered my Tx and after they never responded my emails.

if you have a warrenty issue something is wrong with the radio you need to send it in to who ever in europe takes care of warrentys for futaba the reseller is not responsible for warrenty issues.

The seller of the radio is obligated to pick up the radio that he sold me while it is on warrenty
Also the technical service of Futaba in USA told me that I could send the radio without any problem, and it is more cheap to send my Tx to USA than any other country in Europe!

This is false. If your radio is in need of warranty work you will have to send it to an authorized warranty center.

I was seeing (on R.R) a lot of complaints about a local model heli mfgr not responding to emails. Since I live near them I went down and asked about they're failure to respond to emails. It turned out they never got them. They're web page was being changed and apparently the emails were going to some web based email black hole.

Support bacteria. They're the only culture some people have. !
