I took these from home a little while ago. I thought you all might enjoy them. A couple are somewhat blurry but I had to get a little creative taking these pictures. I pulled the scope off my ar15 in a hurry for one of those shots.

They look delicious! Nothing like a nice young deer on the plate.

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

Obviously, they are trespassing! They must be killed and eaten.

You all ever try to take a picture through a scope? Not the easiest thing to focus! Wish that pic was clearer but its still awesome.

You used a scope? LoL! Scopes are for pussies. I just walk up to them

These are wild deer I approached on foot, shot with a 70mm lens.
The deer are about 15 feet away from me.

I would have gotten closer, but with a fawn or 2 around, I was afraid I would get kicked or something.

The 'spooked' fawn in the last shot, was about 6 feet away.

The pictures pretty much suck, (cuz I have no idea what I'm doing)
and it was raining.

Yeah, if these were white tail's, I don't think I would have been able to get this close.

Nice shots everyone.
BTW...we get real close to whitetail when on horseback. It's strange when the deer hear hooves, they're not afraid.Coyotes as well.
I've grazed my horse sise by side with does before, kinda neat.I always pretend like I have a pistol in my hand and go "click".The Princess gets mad

Looks like the fawn is tied up. Is it bait for the pit bull or something. I'm guessing the fawn is about to become dinner for the dog and the dog is only licking the fawn to see how it's gonna taste in about 3 seconds.

Its a possibility. I have talked to a few people that have owned pit bulls and all of them have stated that the dogs have a strong tendency to attack other animals.

The fawn is tied up but they are friends. They're licking each other. There is no fence. I took the pictures.

Yea I turst pitbulls for a nanosecond, seen to many of them lose their minds over nothing. I realize they are a product of their upbringing "to an extent" but the inner bad dog always seems to come out in that breed for sure. ANyhow back on topic, lol
