After reading this thread I went to my local hobby store and picked up the Revell fire strike. This little heli is awesome and a handfull until you get it trimmed out.
My revell heli came in today, trying to figure it all out then do a test flight

Mine likes to rotate side to side a little in forward flight. I accidentally flew it in front of a shop fan, you should have seen this little thing start spinning! I have also found out that its easier to hand launch because it likes to spin on take off. I got 2 flights out of it so far and I can say its TOUGH!

I thought this whole site was a kids section? After all we can't very well claim we are adults, we play with toy helicopters

Fire Strike ProI love this little heli !!! Makes me laugh. Got the airbrush out and added a thin coat of paint. Mine is now a Canadian Forces Labrador. It added a little weight.. but still flys good enough to hit the ceiling! LOL Here is a pic.

No problems, no rants, just raves! Mine probably has over 500 flights now and is still going strong.

About 5 minutes and 30 minutes to charge it. I was getting close to 7 minutes when everything was brand new. Flight time drops off after charging the heli a few times.

Have you broke yours yet? I flew mine into a simulated hurricane(shop fan) one to many times Popped the rear upper rotor off and broke one of the small tabs that holds the blade to the shaft. Can't figure out where I can get parts, probably have to call Revell.

The nicest flying miro heli IMHO is the Blade MCX. You won't regret spending the extra couple bucks!

I try not to fly into things. Still in one piece after about 200 crashes. If I know it's going to hit something, I just cut the throttle and let it fall.

No doubt! The MCX kick arse. I recently brought it on a work trip and fly it around the hotel
