I shot a rabbit, I have a high powered bb pistol, God help me if I get cought with it.

Skinned it as I've seen on the internet and cooked over the campfire. I'm quite amazed, it was very good! I was very hungry and it was good. Along with some tomatoes I got at a roadside table I'm comfie tonight.

Camping by a campground who doesn't know enough to secure thier wireless network. Night all

^^ Ahh, don't listen to him.

I shot a rabbit with a medium-power pellet gun some years ago. Dressed and cooked it in a stew (my Mom was a great lady), and yes, it was pretty good! Why not-

It was my one and only hunting experience.

Keep up with relating the experiences and thoughts on the road, Camp.

Rabbit is actually one of my favorite foods, I personally perfer it fried, but roasted or stewed os also good. Keep up the posts, and add a few pics to quiet the doubters.

You are not the only one who feels that way.

I grew up on a farm in Missouri and started hunting and eating rabbits when I was 7 years old. Just make sure they are fully cooked before you eat them. Squirrel tastes much better than rabbit if you get the chance.

No way man! my friend gave me a few squirrels. First thing, they look like aborted fetuses... Secondly, they live on acorns, and that makes them extremely gamy... blech! I'll never eat one of those cute little guys again!

You are correct I have ate turkey before, however, it has been years simply because I do not care for it.
