Align T-REX 600N 700N > T-REX 600N 600 N vs 600 Nitro Pro

Alright guys question time. I have been flying for a while with my 450's and have been considering a 600 nitro. I have found a good deal on a 600n setup and was wondering the major differences between the two birds. Other than the torque tube thingi am not noticing a lot of difference. Does the pro fly that much more awesome that I should wait it out for a pro to come along? This bird has never been assembled and it has a lot of goodies ( rtf minus tx which I already have) I am just looking for others' input I get enought smartazz comments at home I don't need any more. One of tv major reasons I ask is I have a 450 as and a 450 we and they fly identical I can't tell a difference and I wonder if the nitro bird is the same way. Does the 600N have static problems on the belt driven tail? Thanks for your help guys

Be glade to help you out. The only 2 Things that are different. the pro has cf frames and the sport as we call it is gf. the pro has the tt and sport is belt driven.

As for flying differently you will not notice. the sport cost less to fix if you break the frames and the belt drive can take a few more hits than the tt can.

So if you are just starting out the the 600n is just fine for you.

Alot of new guys strip out the tt by hitting the tail blades. the belt you really dont have to worry. the tt is a little more authority over the belt but again you will be better off with the belt. now the cf frames cost a lot more than the gf frame and the cf frame is stuffer but again you will not notice. only the top pilots can really tell so the gf belt drive is perfect fir you.

Electronics is where you will notice the difference. Hope i helped you out and gi get the 600n and dont look back. you can make it a pro if you really want.

Actually there are two more differences. The pro comes with a painted fiberglass canopy, the sport comes with an unpainted plastic canopy. The pro also comes with carbon fiber tail blades while the sport comes with plastic tail blades.

thanks guys, I was pretty sure it wasn't bad, just checking. One more question on price.. here's the Includes:

TRex600N kit - all parts are there

OS 50 SX-H Hyper

Muscle Pipe MP5

Futaba 9252 servos (3), 401 gyro, 9254 servo (tail)

Spektrum AR7000 receiver

Fromeco Arizona regulator, with Dean's plug and flag/pin switch upgrades

Thunder Power ProLite 2000mah 7.4v lipo

Header tank, fuel tubing, filters, clunk

3 #8 glow plugs

Slimline Nitro Power Station, 12V sealed battery

Rechargable plug igniter

Torqmaster starter

2 starter extensions, 1 straight 1 clutch (TRex can use either)

Unopened gallon of Coolpower 30

Extra fiberglass painted canopy from TRex600NPro (used, flown once)

2 sets 600mm blades

Rotopod training gear

and he wants 650 for the whole setup. Is this fair ? I think that's a stellar deal, but I have been taken more than a few times on RC Helis cause I thought it was a good deal. It seems like it's perfect for me, for the reason of I need all the support equipment, anyhow. I am not "brand new" to the sport, but I still have a few crashes ahead of me I am sure. I am just starting to hold an inverted hover for 10-15 seconds. Doesn't sound like much when I say it like that, but I am pretty proud.

just make sure that they have some creditable rating if you dont know them personally. You dont want to get screwed. But good luck with that it sounds like a pretty good deal.

Id say definitely go for that sport kit. I have a super pro and just picked up a sport myself and love both of them. You will not notice any difference flying wise between a super pro and a sport kit to be honest.
