| got a hyperion duo back in march and for some reason the last 2 weeks port 1 has not been working right it won't let me charge any batts on it says output voltage to high, i used a voltmeter on the output ports of the charger and they read about 13.3 volts could something like a capacitor or something have broke as the voultage should read less than a volt unless i am charging a battery. Now port 2 is fine and have had no troubles with it. anyone know about this or have this problem or know what to do?
