I just got my new Tp-610c Charger last night and could they make the instruction a little more confusing? I can not find where you tell the charger what aMh battery you have ie 2200mAh in my case. Do you not have to set the batteries capacity with this charger?

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.

You dont tell the charger how much mah it has, just the charge rate you want it at. Plug the charger in. Then plug the battery in wait for it to go to the menu screen. Press the ent/stop button untill it flashes over the battery, cells, and charge rate.

Thanks I had gotten it figured out, Just so much different then my other chargers.

One other question though, when I try and charge a 2200mah battery at more then 1 amp I always get a error 'Imbalance over .2' before charging has completed, and I have to drop the charge down to .5amp to get it to balance. But when I check the balancer data all the cell are within .ox. I don't understand why I get this error?

I get the same error message after charging as well. Not all the time however. Charging A123 at 1C and it says >0.25v diff., but yet when I stop and look, like you said, I get a descent balance of maybe 0.022v diff. Mine is version 5.4.

I don't remember what version I have but I think it later then 5.4 I'm sluffing of at work so I can't check. I guess I should have done better research before buying.

Edit: It's version 5.4 also.
