| Saturday morning on my 4th flight I was practicing backwards curcuits with my old Z-TS when I lost control in a turn and the heli plunged from 20ft at full power into a steel fence hidden in tall grass. There was a large "ding" sound and then complete silence as I walked over to see if there was anything left.
My friend was really excited and got there first and dug it out. It was still in one piece and the electronics are all okay, but the mainframes were both severely damaged, the clutch bell is no longer round, and the spindle is bent so badly I dont want to waste time cutting it off.
Instead of spending upwards of $150 on repair parts for a heli that didn't fly well to begin with, I'm going to save and buy myslef a 50.
Im looking at the Scedeau or the Raptor. There are a few of each flying regularly at my field and both seem like good helis. Suggestions?
