If you are going to go inverted with any heli you need to program a "V" curve for your throttle, otherwise when you bring your collective gimbal down into the negative pitch area, you will be decreasing your throttle and that is a bad thing.

Just flip it. If you can do it on your 450, it'll be a lot easier on a 50. Your throttle curve in idle up ends up being U shaped with 100 at top and bottom with 50 or so in the middle. Turn on expo on the throttle curve, and set the points 1 down from the 100 to about 62, and the radio will smooth out the intermediate points.
