Anyone try a Futaba GV-1 as a governor for electrics? Seems it should work if you mount the magnet somewhere on the main gear possibly and set a 1:1 gear ratio in the GV-1 to get the right main rotor rpm calculation.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Pete

Why?? Many speed controls have governor settings already in them. The others, just set your idle 1 throttle at 75% across and start from there until you get the head speed you want.
