How is the CNC Esky rotor head removed from the main shaft, once the pin and the set screw is inserted into the lower head assy., and main shaft?, also I noticed some wear on the anti rotation pin on the CNC swash, where it rides on the plastic bracket, Is this normal?, can the pins be replaced?, what should be done?, Thanks!....

cnc head removal

Good question, I just installed the E-Sky cnc head as well and noticed the same problem when it's time to replace the main shaft ext.Hope someone will chime in.I haven't crashed with the new head but when i figure out how to remove the pin ext i'll drill a small hole through the head and use a small nut and bolt like the plastic head.

1) Loosen set screw.
2) Slide collar down to expose pin.
3) Push pin through with 1.5mm hex driver.
4) Remove hub from main shaft.

Yes, that's normal. The part is aluminum and wears quickly. Mine wore half way through in roughly 200 flights. I've replaced mine with the part for a Trex 450. However, the Trex AR pin is about twice the size so you have to open up the AR stand a little. I'm still looking for a direct replacement. Still haven't found one. Seems like the suitable options all come with the swash.
