When using the Esky carbon blades, there is a little brass insert in the grip end, for the bolt hole, but, the CNC rotor grip bolts are 3mm, just a bit too big for the blade hole,(with the brass insert), What is everyone doing regarding this???

When using carbons - I use em with or without the brass inserts- it doesn't seem to matter either way. Carbons will NOT rip out like woodies.

So... I can just push the brass inserts out, and use the 3mm bolts without the inserts?, Im just concerned about it being safe....

Yep vortech, Carbons are VERY strong with or without the inserts. Unless you plan on running a 4000 headspeed

I dont know but Id be afraid the screws threads would eat the holes slowly and cause slop. there would tend to be less epoxy inside the holes and the threads would be cutting into the grain of the fiber. I just bought a 288mm set but they need to be shimmed.

I would suggest popping them out and going to the LHS and getting the right size and CA glue them in. just my $.02 though.

I haven't found that to be the case for me. I run my blades fairly tight in the grips and the bolt isn't spinning inside the blade hole. I found there to be no wear what-so-ever inside the hole without inserts. But that's what America is all about - choice

servo eyelets can be found in 3mm.

Even though dougie has done it and it works.
I myself would check the LHS and get some servo eyelets or brass tube and cut my own. Why? Because.
