Hi guy's

just a thought, has anyone emailed OS about the problem with the bearings. what have they said about it.surely they must have tested the engine before selling it or did they.

what we should all do, is email them on the same day, and every day after that.

i'm sure a couple of 1000 emails a day may make a change.

what do you think

I don't think it's a easy fix, to use a larger OD rear bearing means a larger case then the mounting width is larger. I'm sure they've received plenty of complaints. Only fix would be a new design with a bearing added to the rear of the crank and that means a pressed pin for the rod to have a rear crank main journal added (too expensive). Then special tools to assemble and dissassemble. It will be interresting to see what they come up with in a new design that has more power and is still is a direct replacement in 50 class Heli's. captb

If it's gonna happen it'll happen up there!
