| As former Synergy distributor – as it's seems, I advise every one that interesting in buying one or doing business with Synergy to think twice and stay away from this company.
This company seems to be run by one person that thinks he owns the world.
I made everything that he asked for to be a distributor and when it was my time to enjoy my efforts he woke up in the morning on the wrong side and cut me off.
When I tried to explain him that there are customers that needs parts, he just blocked my email address.
Never the less there were defective parts that I send him back as he requested for replacement that he owes me and he just ignore and does not send them back.
Be careful from this man, he his a crook and a thief!!!
When I saw before the story with Real Raptors I never thought it could happen to me.
I also thought that there is a person that can help, but it seems that he his just a puppet that can do nothing.
There are also quality issues with this machine that he did not took any responsibility as a manufacture need to do and I had to compensate my clients from my pocket.
In each kit that I sold there was at least defective or missing part.
A broken tap inside the main shaft, wrong drilled holes, missing taps, low quality metal that causes to stripping screws, the famous shooting tail blades in mid air and more.
Did you also notice that there is no phone number to call? Can you imagine a distributor that can not reach the manufacture phone number?
The 2 packages that I sent him could not be delivered as the address he gave me was wrong as to the Hong Kong post office site. Only after I emailed him that there is a problem with the address he somehow got it.
Something is very stink with Synergy!!!
If you going to buy from them you might find your self without parts one day!!!
