| I saw a post where Mike, AKA "inkspot1967", had succesfully assisted Runryder members with there VBar setup so I decided to email for help. Within a few minutes Mike chimed in and asked that I be near my Heli for his assistance. After arriving home and having everything ready to go, Mike went, FROM MEMORY!, through the menus and found where the problem areas were. Mike accomplished this all while driving his 18 wheeler! After the setup the Heli flies absolutely superb! Im very excited as Im a new pilot and almost got rid of the VBar. I also found out that Mike unselfishly does this on a daily basis, even on "his dime" as he is using his cell phone. It is people like this that make a positive and huge difference in this hobby. Mike is easy to talk with, knows how to convey technical information at any pilot's level and knows this Vbar stuff!
Mikado should take note of folks like this as it makes all the difference in the world how happy a customer can be with a product.
