Century Hawk - Falcon - Raven - Predator > Crashed Hawk pro, what to get next!?

After about a gallon and a half of fuel I crashed my heli. I will spend more money trying to rebuild so I am going to get another Hawk pro 30 size.My questions is that I want to get into scale 50 size helis, and want to know between the two which one of these will be a good choice. For the money I see the raven has a lot of stuff plus the eccpm, a lot of people say it is a mini predator. I also like that the Kinetic 50 will be pretty much the same setup as the hawk pro, and it is has only one servo that controls the collective. Being that I want to go scale 50 which will be easier to setup in you all eyes, and what will the difference between the kinetic and the raven be. I just do not want to buy the raven when I am not going to be doing any 3d nor crazy flying so the eccpm probably will be a waist for me and I can come out a little cheaper with the kinetic. Give me some good input please!!

I love the raptor titan too but I am wanting the raven or the kinetic

sounds to me you already decided on a Kinetic 50

if it helps the Mccpm mix would be better suited for scale
from what I read

if you just wanted a better deal the Raven would be the choice

JM2C's :)

The Raven, while a good heli, does not lend itself well to scale applications because of the servo mounting location sometime interfering with the fuse, and with the servos rearward, the Raven has a tendency to be tail heavy, a condition that already exists in most scale helis. I would prefer the Kenetic or if possible, the newer version of the Raven, the NX50, with the servos mounted up front with bellcranks controling the swash.

IMO, give the Kinetic 50 a go. As Steve mentioned, because of the awkwardness of the ccpm controls, the Raven may have a difficult time fitting into a fuse.

On the other hand, the new NX50 (I think) won't be here just yet, so you might have to wait awhile.

I am new to helis. So the hawk is Mccpm and the kinetic is mccpm, correct or no?
