When tuning a 90 size engine, OS .91SZ w/pump in a Vibe 90 with Radix 710 blades. What RPM should I be looking for in, Normal, ST-1, ST-2 for maximum performance.

About 14,000 to 15,500 rpm is pretty good. (15,500 is about the high end)
You don't want to go faster than that on a 90.
