what does anyone think about clearview. I've had it for about 2 years now and they put out lots of updates. I've tried realflight g4 and did not see that much of a difference. Just wondering if i should get a better one or this one is just as good as the others. It is really hard for me to try these other sims because the hobby stories here don't cater to anybody that flies.

I have clear veiw and I like it great for the price
but I use realflight the most not because its better but because theres a lot of people on line that use it
phoenix is my favorit but their online play witch is getting better sill needs improvement
I also have aerofly deluxe it is good for planes but not helis.
so to answer you question yes you can always use a better sim ,but depends on how much time you sit in front of the pc or out there really flying i spend a lot of time doing both ,im bad!

I'v3 tried downloading a few for demos and most of them are videos to watch and the rest are keyboard use only and the keys are to far apart to really get the feel of the sim. If any one knowes where to download a demo that you can really try ,can you point me there

I have had RealFlight, Reflex, Aerofly Pro Deluxe,Phoenix, and Clearview.
I am presently using APD for their planks and Phoenix for their Esky King II model and Clearview because of their HoneyBee Fixed Pitch extreme model.

I like Clearview. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the big sims, but its physics foundation is solid. An excellent resource for people with not enough cash for the big name sims.
