I started out with it and it worked very well. During Hovering and FFF the gyro controlled the tail wonderfully. However, when I got into 3D manuevers I found I really had to stay on the tail. Went to a Futaba GY 401 and digital servo set up and I love it. I only used the JR for two months before moving to the HH gyro. If you can afford the 200.00 you might consider the Futaba and be done with it.
