You are WAY overly rich. That motor could very safely be making quite a bit more power.
I fired up my first glow motor in 1977-1978. In my entire time modeling, I have burned up one motor. I am a very conservative tuner and I can tell you that your motor can be a lot leaner than that.
In order to be that clean, you are never even getting the combustion process at the hottest part of the motor anywhere near the flashpoint of the oil.
The piston from a perfectly tuned motor will have a light varnish (green for CP15% or brown for all other fuels) which can be scraped from the top of the piston with a fingernail or a piece or soft wood like a popsicle stick.
If you are happy, keep doing what you are doing, but you can get way more power out of that motor safely.
