Hey guys/gals, I bought a night setup for my Trex 450 last fall and I was getting ready to get it set up when I plugged in my Align night blades the charger is saying the battery is short circuited. When I was testing the blades one was still good the other was dead. Does this mean the blade is no longer good for night flying and it is only good for day flying? Can the battery in the blade be replaced? Any help would be helpful and appreciated! Thanks!

I don't use night blades, but I remember reading if you plug in the charger reversed it will give you a bad batt. reading.

If you plug the charger in backwards it lights up the lights in the blade, but doesn't destroy the batteries from what I gather from reading the manual.

Had the same with a set of ALIGN 600 night blades, just rigged the wiring so that i charged it off my pro peak, rather than the supplied charger.

Quotes may have been changed for my own amusement
