Flybarless Rotor Head Systems > Cyclock Glitch...

Using a 12Z and 8 channel FAAST rx:
Every few minutes of time that I have the system on and on the bench, I can see a collective "glitch" where the servos jump and then return.

With 8717's, this is a blazing fast jump.

I have flown the heli with no adverse effects, but I keep thinking- what if it does that while I am inverted hovering. Will I see it? Will it cause a problem?

BUt the fact is, it is there, and I can demonstrate it over and over again.

Anyone else use a similar setup and see something similar?

12Z stick encoders

You could have a problem with the encoders.
check if the glitch is while moving the sticks or go slowly through out the whole range of movement and see if the jump is there at a particular point of the stick range.

If you open your radio the new encoders are blue(but im not sure)
