| Your values are likely jacked because your throttle linkage isn't set up properly, thats my best guess.
That, and probably a combination with your pitch curve.
For all I or anyone else knows, your head speed could be fine, as in what is too fast for you might not be too fast for me.

Your logic is backwards. Turning the needle in leans the motor, making more power (faster head) to a point.
Turning the needle out will richen the engine, and you should see a drop in Head speed.
