| Ray,,I did a lot of testing on my "Falcon & Raven" with long and short servo arms along with Tx Cyclic Settings, and on my Falcon "Mccpm" I tested a larger diameter Robbe Swashplate,,
what I found was the closer I could get my Tx Cyclic Settings to 100% (this includes ATV, Dual Rates and for Eccpm it included Cyclic Swash-Mixing) the better my helis feel on the Cyclic Stick,,
example,, Falcon Mccpm,, ATV set at 100% and with Dual Rates set as close to 100% as possible,,
on the Falcon with the Robbe Swash I was able to get both ATV and Dual Rates to 100%,,
Raven Eccpm,, ATV 100% and with Dual Rates set to 100% with Cyclic Swash-Mixing set as close to 100% as possible,,
Raven,, on my Raven I tried moving the Balls in on the Servo Arms, I believe I moved the Balls in 3 or 4mm from what the manual calls for, now this put the Links from the Servos to the Swash on more of an angle, but the feel on the Cyclic Stick was/is super nice,, here my ATV and Dual Rates were all set at 100% while Swash-Mixing was around 88%,, (with the Balls set out farther where the manual calls for my Swash-Mixing was somewhere around 72 maybe 74 %",,
what it all comes down to is better Servo Resolution..
NOW, this new Eccpm system on the NX 50 with the servos mounted like the Hawk/Falcon, will allow us to use shorter servo arms, so we can raise the Swash-Mixing numbers, much like the Compass Sport is/has,,
you can see in my Raven photos the higher angle of the links to the Swash, but it flew fantastic !!
