I only had 2 small problems during my build. I ripped the sleeve when installing it on the feathering shaft (my fault for not watching the video of how to properly install it) and my tail mounted slightly crooked. That took about 1 minute with a file to fix (Augusto offerred me a replacement boom but I chose to fix it myself). Besides that, the kit went together pretty easy and the quality of the parts is outstanding. The frames were a little more rough than I would have thought, but I sand/file all of my carbon frame edges anyways so this wasn't a problem.

BTW, I have also built a Trex 600N and Vibe 50 in the last few months and I had more problems while building them than I had with the Aurora. All of them I have had are minor problems IMO and if you have been in the hobby for long at all, they are easily solved.

I had 1 issue with 2 tail pins missing. I had the parts 2 days later. Overall it has been a very impressive built. The quality on mine has been top notch.

Mine was perfect. No parts were missing and everything fit together without modification.

So was mine. Nice build.
It does require a lot of attention to detail though. It's a kit for an experienced builder.

For example, if you don't have your clutch stack aligned just right, you're gonna mess up your one-way bearing.

Well you would think a beginner would not dole out a thousand bucks unless they are rich but then it would not matter. My build went sweet I took my time.

Diffendently took more time and attention compared to the 2 700N's I built..I can almost say I built 2 700N's in the time it took me to buld the Avant..

Two weeks to build mine with only a missing tail box. Quality is great and its not for the novice. I found it a challange.

No issues here I just had to enlarge the Gear ratio plate holes a bit to get the correct gear mesh , no missing parts .

No issues with mine.

Just the same one way problem, but mine was aligned properly, I dont think clutch stack alignment was the problem. Just a shaft a tad too small in tolerances. Replaced and no problems, 58 flights. Just damper replacement.

Also, Dood,

MJ at this point in time was actually great to watch and listen. His nose was even ok.

Later as the time went by... LOL!
