Hi there,
I've been flying an old 8UHP Tx and just bought the 10CHP.

I don't have a CAMPAC. The question is, if I (manually) transfer my setup from the 8UHP to the 10CHP, (i.e. subtrims, swash AFR, ATVs, pitch/throttle curves and everything else) should I expect everything to line up exactly as it is with the UHP ?

For example, would my servos center at exactly the same position they do now ? Would my pitch range be the same ? etc.

Or should I just go through the entire heli setup as if this was the first time I was setting it up ?

Thanks !

I'd like to know this also. I am flying 8UAFS...

why in the world wouldn't all manufacturers include a pc interface to download, convert, upload settings? Seems that would make upgrading to a more expensive transmitter more attractive.

the campac in the 8uafs formats differently than in the 9c also - what a bummer...can't transfer settings.

I may not be able to turn a kit into a plane, but I can turn a plane into a kit...

It would be real close but there would be some difference. Calibration, electronic variations (pulsewidth, encoders) and mechanical offset (potentiometers, centering) all will account for the numbers being different.
So a total resetup isn't required but you still need to tweak the settings.
