I have the new JR PC data transfer JRPA310 software and usb adaptor. I can't get the setup exe. file to run on my Vista laptop. I tried running the compatitbility program to try and install the software in both the XP and windows 2000 mode and still I can't get the setup program to run on my laptop. Any suggestions?

George, It installed just fine and runs like it should on my Dell XPSM170 running Windows Vista Home Premium Edition with all fixes.
