Can anyone tell me if the Century Bell 222 kit is really worth the money as far as the quality of the kit goes? I have been debating on purchasing the airwolf or the plain 222 with the retracts. I have always been fascinated with the cool retracts on this particular bird.

I have the Funkey 50 size H500 and the Century 60 size Sea King. Quality of both is fantastic. The H500 was pre-painted and the surface is flawless. Even the packaging was top notch so it arrives in perfect condition.

I have a Century 500E and am working on a Hirobo EC-135. The cost is well worth it. It will cost me the same I paid for my Hughes in paint alone for the unpainted EC-135. Highly recommend the pre-painted bodies.

I bought one of the Bell 222 and the quality is fantastic. Nice fiberglass work, excellent paint job. The color is no longer those toy like base color from their older canopies. They use nice metallic or pearl colors, and automotive clear coat to finish.

I did build a similar fuselage (airwolf) as learning platform and learned a lot from it. Now that Century has lower their prices, these fuselages are even better value.

You'll love it...

The quality of my 500D is STUNNING!!!!!!!!!!! I think.
Well worth the money, it even came with all the little jobs pre-done! The 50 size 222 will be my new buy, no question.

That was a silly place to put the ground !
