The only thing I've been unhappy about with regards to my 10C is the vague notchy feel from the would-be ratcheting mechanism. The collective on my 9C felt loads better, so. . .when I went in to adjust the tension on my springs, I used a small file, and carefully filed the teeth on the ratchet (under the little flat spring) until they were smooth. Make sure to follow the radius, and keep things consistant. After that, I sanded the filed area with 600 grit. The throttle now feels smoother than my old 9C did!! This thing feels great!! You can adjust your tension by bending the little flat spring more or less. Hope this helps guys. . . now my 10 is a perfect 10 =)

Ive been thinking of upgrading from my 9c and was wondering if the 10c has any latency issues with 120 ccpm?

What goes up, Has to come down. Usually in 1 piece.

Mr502go: Instead of Filing the Plastic, why not just Flaten the Tension Spring, this is what I usually do with my Futaba Transmitter.......some airplane guy sold me his transmitter, I just flaten the Tension Spring using a Long Nose Plier, to remove a Rachet feeling.

it actually comes with a flat spring in it. I tried releasing some of the tension on it, but it still wasn't smooth enough, you could always feel a little of the ratchet feeling. . . once I flattened the teeth a little bit, it got better, but then too much "stiction" even when the tension was lightened, there was still stiction, once I filed them down completely, then sanded w/600 grit, it feels smooth as glass. I mean like 12 series radios. It doesnt' take long to do, and it feels great.
