| Mine was also close for a couple of reasons.
1. sprag bearing had excess grease in it when I initially set the main gear which had the main gear on an ever so slight angle so I took the bearing out the "squished" the extra grease out.
2. My frame alignment was ever so slightly off, so I loosened the frame bracing and re-aligned.
That said the tolerances between the main gear and frame (above and below) were just too close for my comfort. So I ever so lightly dremeled an extra bit of clearance above and below the main gear on the frame - and now it's perfect
