Can the Fury canopy fit on a Stratus? I know I would have to move one of the rear mounts to a different hole, but do the rest of them line up? What mods do I need to do to make it fit? Does anyone have pics of a Fury canopy on a Stratus?

I don't have any pictures, sorry. But I got ahold of a couple Fury canopies (still waiting on the one that came with my kit from MA last March) for cheap and am getting by with them.
I had to move the front standoffs to the forward hole, and drop the right hand (starboard) standoff to meet up with the weird Fury bolt hole location.
Will try to get some pics tonight.

It will work fine, I got tired of waiting for Miniature so I took a good canopy and made a mold of it so I can now lay up my own. Not as thin as Miniature but with a little more primer I now have 5 backups.
They will fit with a dremel. Depends on which pipe you have on the stratus. Mine fit pretty close, had to cut out for pipe.

Both of mine have the hole locations for both canopies. It just a matter of moving the standoffs as stated already and cutting for pipe clearance. My original manual CD shows how to mount either one.
