Radio - JR & Spektrum DSM > JR 9303 2.4 Module problem with Throttle servo!!

I have a problem with my throttle servo when...full positive pitch is applied and full left cyclic is applied the throttle slams wide open.

There are no mixes on...ALL ARE INH.

Myself along with several people from the field have tried everything.

Dont know if it is my module....or TX.

This is the test we have run.

Installed another Spextrum 9000 RX....same thing happens

Bound my buddies JR 9303 2.4 Tx to my heli and PROBLEM IS FIXED.

Copied his settings into my radio and tried setting up a whole new heli into my TX and still has the same problem.

I can fly the heli with no problems....just sort of freaking me out that there is some sort of glitch going on.

Should I call Horizon or go ahead and send it in.

Also my radio is a JR 9303 with a 2.4 module installed in rear.

Thanks
KF

I think I don't quite understand your problem. When you apply full positive pitch, I expect the throttle to be full open (regardless of the cyclic). Can you explain a little more about why you think this is wrong?

Sorry...When I put throttle into Idle up-so throttle is wide open...then when you apply full positive pitch and full left cyclic the throttle servo goes crazy...but only when the throttle is wide open.
In any other position it will not do it.

Check for binding. Unsnap one end of the throttle link, hold full positive, and the left cyclic and see if the link moves further than the throttle will allow. If the servo does the same thing, even with the link disconnected, then binding is not the problem.

Another thing you can check is to display the servo output screen on your Tx and your buddy's Tx and see if the throttle output looks different in this condition on the 2 radios.

Governor set-up! Voltage going to throttle servo? End-Points? Throttle servo gears maybe striped?

But it works fine when bound to an X9303 which suggests it's nothing on the heli.
