| after following rotor georges thread, hes inspired me to start making my seaking. ive made it in the same way as george but in the uk here i havnt been able to get hold of blue foam. a couple of places sell it but will only deliver/sell it in a pack, over £100s worth. anyway, the next best thing ive found was polyfoam from B & Q.
its a bit harder to sand so cut most of the excess off with a hot wire cutter, and with the aid of a belt sander. this has caused the need for a bit of filler in some places but its the best its going to get i suppose without the blue foam.
