is stock Inner Tank Fuel Line ok to use on Stratus? I had bad experience with align stock fuel line before.

Yes, it is ok to use. Like any fuel tubing though you will eventually have to replace it.

The fuel tube that comes with the tank is way better quality than the align. I've had mine for over a year no issues.

Only over a year? Ours is the original since Nov 2006. Only the fuel magnet went bad once.
