Is everyone that is going to IRCHA still wanting to do the Audacity BBQ thing? If lets chime in and we can get this ting planed.

I think they are doing something for the reg. pilots on Sat. so lets plan on Fri. for the BBQ.

I will be driving so I can bring a charcoal BBQ grill. I can also bring the HotDogs. I also can bring a good size table for the food.

I will keep the list updated if everyone is still interested.

Grills
1 charcoal
1 Gas
Stove/Oven

Mr.HillBilly Hotdogs
Dude II Brats.

We are going for Fri. night.
We have enough tables now.

Hey there Mr. Hillbilly, I beleive that a fellow local audacity pilot (The Dude II) is going to get ahold of you pretty soon about laying out the picnic...

To make a long story short I'm making my RV available as a platform for the cookout.... but, I'll let you and him work out the details, then we can post them....

I sold another one to Terrafirma...... wife wants to know where the money's at!!!!

I'm up for it. I don't get there until late Friday so Sat. night would work great for me.

JB had a good piece of info...IF you register as an IRCHA pilot/vendor for this event...the Saturday evening meal is included. Last year I recall it was quite good.

I think the focus for an "organized" cook-out should be on Friday...when we are "on our own" for grub.

Now, that's not to say I wont be running the grill anyway...think food & drink are just in front of flying helis when it comes to priorities in life!

Coordination

My Fellow Audacity Crew,

If you'd like to help with the BBQ...please PM me so we can coordinate and not all show up with hot dogs!

Thus far...My HillBilly & I (along with Kjarman) have the following covered:
Grills and location to prep/cook with tables (Kjarman's 5th-wheel "ToyBox"paper wear & sporks.

I have 40 Brats & Buns, Ketchup & Mustard
Mr. HillBilly has Hot dogs coverd.

We need bags of ice (I'll have 1 large cooler & ice trough)

Soft drinks with cups

Sides..coleslaw..potato salad, etc

Chips, dip, veggies...

dessert? cookies, brownies.

As long as it's not raining sideways...the Kjarman rig has a nice covered area via an awning.

We might consider cooking out on the flightline when it comes time for dinner (taking this idea from what I saw last year).

Please feel free to PM me and we'll coordinate via phone.

thanks,
Gus
