We have had several samples and have not had a inkling of a quality issue. Please call me at 877 454 9757 to arrange for a replacement. If you would rather a refund or exchange through your dealer, we'll support that request as well.
We will also check our stock again due to the safety nature of your finding.
I too carry safety in the highest regard. So whatever needs to be done, will.
This is probably an odd set. That can happen in any form of manufacturing. Just too bad the blade got out and you got them.
