I sent an email on Sunday and had a response Monday afternoon. Have you tried to PM Augusto on the Avant forum? Depending on what email provider/address you sent it from it may have ended up as spam. I had that issue all the time when I used a Hotmail address.

I have PM'd him on RR and the Avant forum. I received email responses on the initial emails I sent Avant, but I have not received any responses since last saturday.
Have they possibly been closed for the first few days of the week?

I recieved my replacement parts today. Everything looks great. The swash is perfect. Im (re)starting the build tomorrow.

Did you have to send your old parts back first? I too need some replacement parts for my Aurora build and have been told I need to ship the broken stuff back first!

Yes, I had to return the defective items via USPS Priority Mail. They also require "Delivery Confirmation" when a customer returns items. Avant issues a credit for the shipping costs, although I havent worried about receiving the credit yet. Avant sent the replacements the same day they received my defective parts.
Avant changed their policy regarding replacement items recently. They have stated that they were not receiving the defective items from customers when replacements were shipped in advance. I cant blame them for the "new" policy, if thats the case.
