When building torque tube, the drive dog only has 2 set screws to hold on to the solid shaft. There are no flats or dimples in the shaft. Do I just screw it down or am I missing something.

You use the set screws and thin CA. Only screw the set screws down till they are flush with the coupler. Then you use thin CA and let it wick down between the torque tube and coupler.

It's all in the new revision of the Aurora Manual.
