Align blade + Coolpower 15%.

Ton of power to do hard core 3d.

I dont do hard core 3d but today my friend who is hardcore 3D test pilot for Thunder Tiger flew my T600N. He was able to do all kind of extreme 3D flight.

CY600's and love them. However, I'm comparing it to my woodies because I've never owned any other type. Also, a bit off topic.. but I'm wondering how the fiberglass frames held for you on your Rex? Cracked my carbons and considering.

I have a sport with the G10 frames with the frame stiffeners, I have crashed 3 times, crashed hard enough that it cut the plastic canopy bottom mount right off. Broke 2 sets of landing gear, Had one crash from a tail slide that the blades ejected 50 ft from the ground and they seem to hold up well no cracks, have crashed my 500 with CF frames minor crash that broke the LG and it cracked the frames, I really think that G10 is stronger than the CF cause they have a bit of flex.

I have a set of CY 600's and they seem to fly really nice, , upgraded to K&B dampers w/sleeve and it seemed better always use the CY's
They just seem like a better blade.

Cheers, MM

currently, I like the CY 600SB's. they don't seem to load the head as much as the 600D's and cyclic seems a little more crisp. Have not done any auto's with them yet, but guessing they will be closer to
610RT's.

Thanks for the inputs guys on the Fiber Glass frames. I think I'll get me a pair of 2mm thick ones and give them a shot.

Sorry STUPINEER for the change in subject. Just thought I'd squeeze that in there rather than starting a new topic.

Are the Torsions good for 3D. I have heard they are heavy and have no pop.

I have something for your guys to comment on,, I have just started running the Align 600d Carbon fiber blades,, my buddy has a 600n with the same setup I do,, except I am running straight 8 volt lipo to 8717's and he has a 6volt set up,, , he is running Fiberglass gohbee blades,, ,, and the part I can't under stand is,, his heli stops faster than mine,, I mean like when doing a tictoc his collective is snappier,, were mine seems sort of sluggish,, I have felt his blades and although they are gohbees and although they are fiberglass they seem SUPER stiff,, everything else is IDENTICAL on the heli except the battery and the blades,, so I am thinking the Align blades are not biting that good,, what do you guys think, any suggestions or comments

I started out with the Align glass fiber blades as it came with the kit I bought. I have since moved to CY Radix 600 blades and they were much smoother and faster. I am now trying out MAH 600 non tapered and they seem much quicker on cyclic. They seem to be a lot stiffer than the CY 600s and lighter as well. I don't think they auto as well as the CY blades.
