I don't know if this was discussed in the past but I just wanted to share my experience with using other parts for the Quick ep8.

I am using a Trex 500 flybars, Raptor 50 flybar paddles which makes the Quick really quick as far as flipping and rolling. Trex 600 skids and tail fins, HDX 500 canopy, and FRP 425mm blades. It flies very nice with no problems. I'm wondering if anyone else has tried anything different.

How about Gaui EP550 boom brackets and boom struts to suit from the HDX500SE.
Just need to enlarge the holes in one end of the struts for the larger QJ screws.
Clamps are a perfect fit.

If you bling it, they will come :D
